The business is a huge part of who the family is. Together the Pinchot family oversees the daily operations of Frank Novak & Sons with the help of many employees. Frank Novak & Sons’ impressive and ever-growing resume includes Cleveland’s most prominent buildings such as the Ritz Carlton Hotel, CWRU Weatherhead School of Management, Carl B. Stokes Federal Courthouse, Galleria at Erieview, and the 52-story Key Tower. It has also extended its reach well beyond the boundaries of Cleveland with completed projects in most states across the country. In addition to the national work the company performs, the company is often called upon by world renowned architects to help bring their projects to life in such places as Hong Kong, the Middle East, and more. The company recently sent staff to Italy to oversee an important project for a large east coast architectural firm.
